An apartment in a contemporary-style Milanese building was renovated to meet the needs of a young couple looking to expand their family.
Two apartments on the fifth and sixth floor were combined creating a dialogue between the living areas and intimate spaces.
The entrance to the apartment is located on the sixth floor featuring an external living area featuring two generous sliding windows overlooking a terrace of about 50 sqm.
As well as the two sliding panels in American walnut, made with solid wood relief, the kitchen features a large calacatta marble worktop immersed in a room where its glossy white colour is the star of the show. An unexpected black calacatta bathroom and mirrors create an elegant atmosphere.
On the fifth floor, in a more intimate corner of the property, are the 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small walk-in wardrobe.
The master bedroom incorporates the same materials as the sixth floor, with the three-dimensional decor incorporated within a two-dimensional inlay of panels alternating with black waxed iron features.
By contrast, the master bathroom is clad in statuario marble enveloping the entire room in its pure whiteness with grey veining.
